Galway - Fri 13th February 2009A 26 year old Galway man has been arrested in relation to this morning's [fri feb 13] armed raid on the Clayton Hotel.
The man has been arrested under Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act in the Salthill area.
He's being detained at Galway Garda Station at Mill Street for questioning in relation to the raid.
Three staff members at the hotel were held up around 4.30am when a man stole a small amount of cash from the hotel safe.
No staff or guests were injured during the incident, and the Clayton Hotel is operating as normal today.
